Me and my friends at Kriser's

Hello again, my friends. As promised, I am posting more pictures of me and all the greyt friends I made a Kriser's this past Saturday.

The handsome boy in the picture on the left is Jet, and that cute girl smiling on the right is his sister Molly.

Molly went shopping for some yummy treats. She asked her mom very nicely to buy them. At first she was upset that she had to share her snacks with everyone.

Yummy treats. Thanks Molly & Jet for sharing!

Here are some of the humans that were at Kriser's for Sid Saturday. That's Molly and Jet's mom and dad behind them, Kai and Justin. Lauren is wearing a white hat and holding Artoo. And there is Buck's butt.

This is Lynn with Buck. Lynn
and a nice guy named Jim brought
Buck and Artoo to Kriser's

Here is Lauren with Molly & Artoo

This is my new buddy Buddy. That's his mom Kiraz in the picture above saying hi to me. I like Kiraz :)
And Buddy is very handsome in his green sweater, don't you think?

All of a sudden, I looked out the door and my heart skipped a beat.
Artoo had to hold me back.

Making her entrance was the divine Rhythm. That gal knows how to say hi!

And she knows how to make an impression!

The rest of the day consisted of getting lots of love from so many people.

We also took time out to get snacks from the really nice guy at Kriser's.

And we just stood around and talked. That Rhythm sure tells a good joke, but I don't think Buck understood it.

Then it was time to line up for the group photo.

As a rule, Greyhounds don't like to make the lining-up process easy.

In the end, we got a pretty good shot, but any picture of a greyhound is considered a good shot, right?

Well, thanks for reading about me and my friends. I hope you liked our pictures, and I hope you are falling in love with me. I still am looking for my forever home. Is it with you?

Sid, Artoo & Buck, three fabulous hounds looking for their forever homes.

Hello again, friends. I just started sorting through all my pictures from Sid Saturday, and there are a lot! I wanted to start off by introducing a couple of my friends who are also looking for their forever homes, Buck and Artoo.

This handsome boy is R Buck Double,
but you can call him Buck.

This happy brindle boy is B's Incredible; we call him Artoo.

Buck and Artoo don't have to be adopted together, but don't let that stop you from adding two Greyhounds to your family!

Buck is so smart. He taught me and Artoo how to work the door...

... which was fun, for a while, but then I got bored...

... so I decided to go shopping!

And Artoo went begging. The nice gentleman that works at Kriser's gave us treats every time we asked. Kriser's is awesome!

Then Buck said something about a pretty hound heading our way.

Buck walked right up to the door and introduced himself to Molly.

It seemed like Molly was quite taken with Buck. They had a nice conversation...

... and it looked like Buck got Molly's phone number...

... but instead, all he got were some tips on shoplifting.

I have lots more pictures of me and all my new friends to share with you...

... but right now, I need a nap!

Sid-elicious Saturday

Hello, friends. I hope you all survived Black Friday. In case you didn't make it to Kriser's for Sid Saturday, I have to tell you, it was quite a success! I made a lot of new friends today, I want to thank all the Greyhounds that brought their humans out in such rainy weather. And to everyone who came out to see me, thank you for your love today. You were all so nice to me and it really made me feel special.

As you might imagine, Sid Saturday took a lot out of me, so I am going to rest tonight, but check back tomorrow for lots of pictures from today's M&G at Kriser's. Good night, and hug your hounds tight.

Happy Thanksgiving

Today I am thankful that I am no longer racing. What I want most, especially for Christmas, is a forever home. Are you looking for unconditional love?
Someone to hang on your every word while looking adoringly into your eyes?
Someone to be by your side always? Well, that's me! Would you consider
inviting me into your home and heart this holiday season?

If you are interested in meeting me, please come to Kriser's South Loop
location, 1103 S. State Street, Chicago, this Saturday from 1-3.
Last Sunday I went to a Greyhound play group, and I had so much fun playing with my friends and getting love from lots of people! It was a chilly day, so fortunately I was able to borrow a coat to keep me warm.

                Look into my eyes...

I've been told that I am very handsome
with my red coat and mohawk.

Here I am in the middle of all the fun.

I love being with people and other hounds!

Sometimes I just like to rest and
   watch the other dogs.

Here I am with Nomi and Barbara. I remember them because they were so nice to me. It's nice to see old friends at the playgroup. I had the best time!

All I want is a home where I can love and be loved
I really had a greyt day, thanks to Kiraz & Annie. And I also have a new buddy named Buddy! I also really like Lynn because she took these greyt pictures of me and gave me lots of love.
